“I recently bought an iPhone 5 on around Oct 28, and have been experiencing zero or minimal network making my phone useless for data usage.
“I took umpteen screenshots of the network issue and contacted M1’s officer, Ms Yeo Mei Ling.
“She instructed me to take a couple of days to monitor the network issue.
“After a week, the problem still persisted.
“The initial claim was that the network base might have issues due to high traffic volume in certain locations.
“However, I have been to several places. It seems like M1’s network coverage is not what it claims to be.
“My phone drops to ZERO network or 2G networks…
