SMRT gets CREATIVE with wordings after it breaks down again in February!
On 24 Feb 2014, the train service was disrupted for about 90 minutes between Yew Tee and Kranji MRT stations, affecting thousands of commuters. Some commuters complained that it took them almost an hour to reach their destination just one station away.
SMRT chief executive Desmond Kuek appealed for patience but since Oct 2011, almost 2.5 years later, a new change of CEO, multiple fines by LTA on SMRT, committee of Inquiry, multiple investigations, multiple reports, multiple improvements done, apologies after apologies, haven’t we been patient enough?
And what do we see when they run out of solutions??? They twist their words with no integrity and think commuters are STUPID!!!
Should we tolerate a “SEMI-PUBLIC STATUTORY CORPORATION” twisting its words? How does this displays the values of the people in this company?
